What is the Anaqua product?
The Anaqua Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) solution is a central data repository of all IP types with links to all elements of the IP (drawings, images, documents etc) and to all aspects of the business (brands, product lines, business units, technologies) and full information about the IP (status, owner(s), costs, licensing revenues etc).

Anaqua delivers highly-configurable business process automation for all IP-related tasks, not just filing, registration and renewals, but conflicts, licensing, royalty collections, invoicing, etc, based on a rules engine which understand IP laws in 190+ countries. All functions are globally accessible from a browser with fine-grained security and access controls, allowing access by inventors, external law firms and business managers as well as IP specialists.

How is the ANAQUA product different from competitive IP software?
Most other IP systems are focused on the IP filing and prosecution process (docketing) and are much narrower in functional scope and richness. Most have been developed by companies who offer outsourced docketing services.
