.Net Developer

Job Location: Boston or London

Position Overview

ANAQUA is looking for highly motivated .Net software developers who are eager to help us grow quickly. The ideal candidate should dually posses strong web development, design, and architecture skills along with good customer support and interfacing skills. Candidate must be willing to visit client sites.

Responsibilities/Requirements include but not limited to:

  • Strong .NET, SQL, VB, C# and Crystal Reports skills.
  • A BS degree in computer science or related field required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in developing web applications.
  • Prior experience in designing and implementing a complex database/application using full lifecycle process.
  • Possess a strong understanding of relational databases, database architecture & data access tools.
  • Motivated by a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple complex tasks that come together under one deadline.

Project Manager

Job Location: Boston or London

Position Overview:

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for translating vision, strategy and business process into a conceptual solution and implementation plan. The PM is accountable for managing the implementation of projects including defining project scope, managing escalation issues, timelines and appropriate resource, costs, and communications as necessary to ensure implementation is on time and within budget for overall project success. The successful PM will possess a business user presence and experience in business systems integration and managing large projects and software implementation in client-facing roles.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing the creation of all project deliverables, including the requirements for phase one of the project, as well as an overall roadmap with technical recommendations for the entirety of the project. As part of this work, this individual may need to lead requirements gathering sessions and/or documentation review sessions. He/she will oversee the revision of draft deliverables, and will ensure ultimate client satisfaction and approval of those deliverables. He/she will also lead an executive summary presentation of our project's findings. He/she will also need to update delivery executives and others regularly as to status and budget.

Requirements include but not limited to:

  • BS/BA, MS and/or PM Certification from recognized institution
  • Equivalent relevant work experience
  • Experience in running software projects
  • Business analysis, documentation and testing skills
  • Track record of success in project management
  • Competent in project management methodology and tools
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
  • Some travel is required (approximately 25-50%)
  • Experience in project management of mid to large scale projects
  • Experience with project planning, budgeting and forecasting
