Boston, September 20, 2011 — Anaqua, a leading provider of intellectual asset management software and services, today introduced a new version of its ANAQUA Enterprise IAM solution with significant enhancements for all types of users: attorneys, docketers, managers, inventors and outside counsel.
This new release provides user-customizable home pages and views configured from a selection of gadgets and dashboard reports. Executives and portfolio managers can set up key performance indicators and other graphical reports as well as bookmarks to records, searches and additional reports so that they have immediate access to the information they need. Docketers have the same flexibility plus major new calendar management features so they can manage their docket more efficiently and conveniently. Users can also select their language preference with English, German and French available now.
ANAQUA7 also includes a new Inventor Portal for online invention disclosure submission and inventor self-service access to status and award information. The Portal can be configured for use by other business clients such as marketing requesting trademark searches or users requesting legal agreements. A new Survey Designer module provides drag and drop editing of invention disclosures and other kinds of forms with drop-downs and pick lists mapped to the ANAQUA database and workflow.
This release also includes significant enhancements to the ANAQUA IP country rules, including a unique US patent expiration date calculator, taking into account earliest effective filed date, terminal disclaimers and patent term adjustments.
