Bob joined Anaqua in 2015 as CEO to lead Anaqua's growth strategies. Prior to Anaqua, Bob served as CEO of LexisNexis, Research & Litigation Solutions (RLS) and spent 20 years in various senior executive positions with Thomson Reuters as both CFO and SVP of Operations. Bob brings over 25 years of leadership experience in the information, software and services industry. Bob's expertise is in investing for growth, bringing software & services businesses through customer-led transformations to become industry leaders in client satisfaction.
Justin Crotty is the Chief Financial Officer for Anaqua. Justin leads the finance & accounting team and also oversees the legal, IT and sales operations functions. In addition to operational responsibilities, Justin focuses on M&A and strategic growth initiatives. Justin joined Anaqua in 2016 from Oliver Wyman where he was a partner advising private equity and corporate clients on growth and M&A initiatives involving software, information and services businesses. Prior to his leadership roles in strategy consulting, Justin worked in private equity, investment banking and corporate development and has experience working in the US, Europe and Asia.
Jack Morgan has over 20 years of experience leading and growing high performance teams in software, IT professional services and general business services organizations. He is responsible for Anaqua’s Global IT strategy for both Corporate and Cloud Services. Jack joined Anaqua from M|C Communications. As CIO at M|C, Jack was responsible for internal and customer-facing technology initiatives, he lead the company through a period of rapid growth, acquisitions and global expansion. Prior to M|C, Jack was a Managing Partner at AGENCY.COM and Quadris Consulting where he managed US consulting operations and led teams in the delivery of information technology and internet business solutions to fortune 500 companies.

Denise is Vice President of Product Management, working with all internal and external stakeholders to shape and define Anaqua's product offerings. Denise joined Anaqua in 2005 as Client Director for key Anaqua clients.Prior to Anaqua, Denise was with American Management Systems, where she was responsible for consulting engagements, large-scale software design, and implementations at leading financial services companies.

Jonathan Newcombe is the Vice President of Global Sales at Anaqua and the General Manager of European business. Jonathan joined Anaqua in 2010 as the Director of Sales for Europe and after growing our presence in the EU also developed our footprint in Japan. Jonathan has over 18 years of experience in the IP industry, working with corporate and IP law firm departments. Prior to Anaqua, Jonathan’s career started in IT Enterprise project management for Fujitsu, then the software localization market and sales leadership roles at CPA Global.
SVP, Product & InnovationVincent Brault
Vincent Brault serves as Senior Vice President of Product and Innovation at Anaqua. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading the product and Innovation strategy. Vincent has over 20 years of experience in the IP management software and services market. Prior to joining Anaqua in 2009, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Vice President of Business Development at CPA Global. While at CPA, he led the software development and client implementation services for nearly a decade.

Melissa Rose is our Vice President of Human Resources. She is responsible for establishing and managing the people strategy for our business. Melissa’s role includes identifying and developing the company’s talent, building high performance teams, evolving the organizational structure to meet the changing needs of the business and maintaining a collaborative, productive, challenging work environment. Melissa joined Anaqua in late 2015 from her HR leadership role with Amadeus, a global software company. Her prior HR experience includes over 15 years in the digital marketing/media industry, partnering with senior management to transform growing businesses.

Christine Jennings is the President of Anaqua Services where she supports more than 450,000 patents and 250,000 trademarks worldwide. Christine brings to her role nearly 25 years of experience in the IP industry. She was previously the Managing Director of IP Preferential Limited, an IP consultancy that she founded in 2013 with a focus on delivering change management and procurement projects to IP owners and IP law firms. Previously she spent 15 years in senior positions at CPA Global, where she began managing the trademark teams and ultimately took on the role of General Manager for the patent business.

Karen Taylor is the General Manager of Asia Pacific of Anaqua. In this role, she leads all business development across Asia Pacific and strengthens Anaqua’s growing portfolio of client accounts. Based in Hong Kong, Karen will manage personnel across the region and drive sales and marketing activities and strategic partnerships in Asia Pacific. Karen joins Anaqua with over 15 years of experience in the online information and data industry across Europe and Asia. She previously served as an Executive Director with LexisNexis Asia and as a Director with Thomson Reuters.

Scott Shaunessy is the CEO of IdeaPoint, an Anaqua company delivering innovation management solutions for the global enterprise. Scott has over 20 years of experience as an executive in both Business-to-Business and Consumer-facing businesses and is an expert in best practices for Business Development and Licensing, Venture Investing, Acquisition and R&D Collaboration processes in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Biotech, Nutrition, Healthcare and Consumer Products industries Before his management career, Scott spent eight years as a professional hockey player in the National Hockey League and American Hockey League.
As CTO, Erik Reeves leads Anaqua's technology strategy and long-term plan for integrated IP software and services platform. He oversees the development of the Anaqua, IdeaPoint, and AcclaimIP innovation platforms and their integration, including infusing data intelligence through all software solutions and services. Prior to joining Anaqua, Erik had over a decade of experience in the IP and Innovation field, and he is a recognized thought leader on Patent Search & Patent Landscaping, IP Ecosystem Modeling and Big Data Strategy. As the Co-Founder and creator of AcclaimIP and FreePatentsOnline.com, Erik has provided innovative tools that set a new bar for usability and speed in the IP industry..

Alexandra (Lexi) Letts is the General Counsel of Anaqua. In this role, she provides legal expertise and business acumen to drive growth, protect Intellectual Property, minimize risk and assure compliance. Alexandra advises the executive team on enterprise-driven legal issues, including mergers and acquisitions, international entity formation, securities, contracts, intellectual property, data privacy, export compliance, and employment law. Prior to joining Anaqua, Alexandra was the sole legal counsel of Microfluidics International Corporation and led the company through its acquisition by IDEX Corporation, a highly innovative multi-billion dollar corporation.
VP and GM, LecorpioSunny McRae
As VP and GM of Lecorpio, Sunny oversees the day-to-day operations of the Lecorpio organization. Prior to Lecorpio’s merger with Anaqua, Sunny served as CTO after joining the company in 2013 to oversee Engineering and Hosting Operations. Sunny is a founder of two successful venture capital funded companies and brings more than 30 years of experience in delivering commercially successful mission critical software solutions. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Senior VP at JPMorgan Chase Treasury Services. He co-founded Xign in 2000 (acquired by Chase), serving as its VP of Engineering/CTO. Before Xign, Sunny co-founded Edify (public in 1997) where he was Head of Engineering. Prior to Edify, Sunny has held various engineering leadership positions at ROLM/Siemens A. G., and IBM Corporation. Sunny received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is a holder of twelve US patents.
