ANAQUA Intelligent Scanning Services automate the import of paper and electronic documents into the ANAQUA system. Each document is analyzed to determine which patent, trademark or other case the document applies to and is tagged accordingly. The ANAQUA system can then automatically upload these documents and store them within the relevant case as full text-searchable documents. Clients benefit by moving their documents into a more efficient, paperless work environment.
The Service supports a broad range of US and European PTO forms as well as other documents and new forms and documents can be accommodated readily. Scanning Services can be used both for initial data migration for new clients and for ongoing scanning of PTO and other IP correspondence. Unlike generic scanning services, we understand IP and can import documents directly into your ANAQUA system.
