ANAQUA Enterprise Foundation
The ANAQUA IAM solution is a modular system that allows you to select the modules you need. The ANAQUA Foundation provides services used by all modules:
- An IP database containing all business, legal and technical information about the assets with a built-in document and email repository, including Outlook integration
- A collaborative, rules-driven workflow engine which manages tasks and alerts for both IP rules and client-specific business processes
- Country rules covering IP laws in 200+ jurisdictions
- Web-based collaboration with secure, controlled access for internal and external participants.
- Advanced productivity and personalization user interface features for users to configure their environment to match the way they work, including home page dashboards and bookmarks.
- Powerful online queries with full text search of text fields, documents and emails
- Microsoft’s flexible reporting system with a suite of standard reports and tools for business users to build additional custom and ad hoc reports and dashboards.
- Business administration tools for system configuration of roles, security permissions and workflows so in-house staff can keep the system in sync with changes in IAM operations
The system is completely web-based and accessible from the major web browsers with no need for plug-ins, downloads or any desktop installation. ANAQUA is built using the Microsoft technology stack, including the SQL Server database and Microsoft .NET Framework. Anaqua is a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.
