IP Business Intelligence: Query and Reporting

The ANAQUA IAM system has powerful online query and reporting tools to provide IP Business Intelligence for intellectual asset managers and other IP staff.

• Quick Search gives users quick access to records by a wide variety of internal or external reference numbers, project name or via full text search.
• FIND provides an extensive set of search criteria with AND/OR selection, full text search and search by classifications. Full text search of records, documents, email and email attachements is supported. Drag-&-drop panels let users personalize the FIND screen. Results display links to records as well as trademark images. Users can select the fields to display and move and sort columns before exporting to Excel or PDF.
• My Searches - Users can save search criteria and results layout as reusable searches that can also be bookmarked. This provides a simple and convenient way to generate reports that can be printed or exported for futher analysis and distribution.
• Reporting. ANAQUA comes with a set of reports out of the box, developed with Microsoft’s SQL reporting tools.  With Report Builder, a business user can quickly and easily create new reports and share them with others.  Reports can be exported in XML, Excel, CSV, PDF, etc and delivered on a scheduled basis to a pre-defined set of users.
• Dashboards can be developed as reports of Home Page Gadgets to display key status and activity information. They can be assigned to specific roles and individuals can select the dashboard gadgets of interest to them.
