The ANAQUA system includes a flexible electronic invoicing module to provide global, multi-currency legal ebilling for outside counsel, agents and any other third party. Invoices for multiple matters can be uploaded securely and routed for approval depending on value or other factors. PTO and law firm charges are automatically charged against the relevant IP assets. Scanned images or PDF versions of the actual invoice can also be uploaded to the system.

ANAQUA’s online invoicing system can operate standalone. It can also be integrated with other finance systems for invoice payment. In either mode, it dramatically reduces data entry and manual invoice processing for the IP department as well as providing a better process for your agent community.
