ANAQUA’s Portfolio Management capabilities use the extensive classification & ranking data that can be captured for IP assets, allowing you to segment the portfolio and report on assets any way you need to. It supports more effective portfolio evaluations by showing IP in a business context.

The system supports Patent Planning & Budgeting so you can set and monitor IP production goals and budgets at multiple levels in the organization and see rolled up results. This means you can be proactive in establishing priorities for IP production.

The Offensive Review capability supports infringement assessment, freedom to operate studies and other market and product analyses with a structured process for documenting opinions and linking them to the appropriate IP assets. Patents and trademarks from competitors and acquisition candidates can be stored in the IAM system and ranked and classified using the same criteria as the internal portfolio.
