ideaPoint has several reporting tools to meet our clients' requirements, including:
- Configurable Data Views
- Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- HyperView Dashboards
Data views give users the ability to create a personalized experience and allows them to organize the information to their needs. Data can be filtered and sorted to create a refined view, such as if you are looking for a specific type of record in a particular status.
These views can be saved and reused as often as needed. They can be exported to Excel for ease of sharing with the appropriate individuals.
Next is Microsoft SQL reports, which allows ideaPoint to present data in a way that may be very specific to the organization.
For example, if there is an executive-level PowerPoint report that is required regularly, Microsoft SQL reporting allows us to consolidate the necessary data onto the report and gives us the flexibility to meet the design requirements.
Other use cases include scheduled digest reports, large data extracts, and more.
Lastly, Hyperview allows users to track metrics through custom dashboards and interactive visualizations. Hyperview allows our clients to build their own dashboards to present the data how and when they need to.
Each dashboard includes smart calculation and charting options based on your specific data set and how it is best suited for your analysis. Dashboard widgets also allow individuals to filter or drill into any data point to answer questions and provide deeper knowledge, turning data into action.
Individual widgets and full dashboards can always be shared within the solution or exported to a desired format such as PDF, Excel, and images.
